Prof Qin Dahe, director of the State Meterological Administration Inspect the Construction Site of ITP’s Lahsa Branch
On 3rd, August, Prof. Qin Dahe, director of the State Meteorological Administration (SMA), ccompanied by some officers in SMA and Tibetan Meteorological Administration, went to the construction site of ITP’s Lahsa Branch. Gao Xing, assistant director of ITP, welcomed them at the construction site. During this visit, Prof Qin offered many constructive suggestions, hoping that the establishment of Lahsa branch will serve as a platform for the cooperation between ITP and SMA.
