On the morning of July 22, 2005, Director Yao Tandong, Vice Director Gao Xing and some personnel from the ITP held talks with the Tibetan Academy of Agriculture and Farming in Lahsa.

During the talk, Prof. Yao Tandong briefed the leaders from the academy on the progress since ITP’s founding more than a year ago. He also discussed with them the talents cultivation, collaboration, campus building and construction of network resources.

Secretary of the Party Committee in the academy thanked ITP for their support and promised more cooperation to help push forward the upgrading of Tibetan sci-tech capacity and the sustainable development of the social economy in the Tibetan regions.
