Recently, the ITP held a talk with the Tibet University (TU) in the Lhasa Campus of the institute, in an effort to ensure the implementation of the bilateral cooperation. Prof. Ma Yaoming, Director of the Lhasa campus participated in the talk, together with some delegates from the ITP in charge of scientific administration. Correspondingly, Mr. Wang Weicai, Deputy Director of the TU led a group of representatives from the TU, who are mainly involved in the Department of Science, to participate in the discussion.  

Bilateral talk has arrived at concrete implementation measures for the cooperation, proposing proper schedules for ITP professors to present classes at the university, as well as practical measures to jointly cultivate talents, accomplish lab construction in Lhasa, and strengthen field observations at various monitoring stations on the Plateau.
